Fitness, nutrition training business celebrates expansion in Rochester

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) – Community and state leaders in Rochester came together Thursday afternoon to celebrate a business expansion.

Flexx Mobility and Performance, a fitness and nutrition business, has grown significantly in the last 18 months. President and CEO Justen Arnold has more than quadrupled the space of his business since moving into the new space at Rochester’s Auditorium Theatre on East Main Street.

The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday to celebrate the expansion.

Flexx MP is also offering free training and classes to government workers in the area impacted by the government shutdown.

The business has two coaches and a dietitian on staff to help create programs that are individualized to each person’s goals and needs. Personal and group training are available, along with physical rehab, athletic training, weight management, strength, conditioning, and functional training.
